HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?

To change or cancel your booking, please send us an email from your personal email box or via our contact form. Modification to your booking is free of charge 24 hours prior to pick-up, but it is subject to availability. We do not make any refunds for amendments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to collection.

WHERE DO I MEET THE DRIVER?

The driver will meet you in the arrival hall of the airport with a board with your name on. If you have requested collection from your hotel, private address, bus or train station, the driver will meet you at the hotel reception, in front-of the private address or at the information desk of the train/bus station. There is no extra charge for requesting a custom collection point within the pick-up town boundaries. Make sure you provide correct flight details and pick-up address in your booking.

WHEN DO I CONFIRM MY PICK-UP HOUR FOR MY RETURN TRIP?

You have to confirm the collection time for your return trip with the driver or our office during your first onward trip. The driver will give you a return trip sheet to fill-out and sign. If you do not receive such a return trip sheet, please call our office at your earliest convenience.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT/BUS/TRAIN IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED?

Please inform us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your pick-up according to the new arrival time.

HOW DO I BOOK/PAY FOR A TRANSFER?

To book a transfer we require a small amount to be paid in advance to secure the booking and the balance payment is due upon collection. We accept payments in all major currencies EUR, GBP, USD and Bulgarian Leva.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY BOOKING?

You will receive a reservation voucher with all booking details via email. If you do not hear from us within 24-hours please contact us, because we might not be able to reach you due to incorrect or filtered email.

DO YOU OPERATE 24 HOURS?

Yes, as long as you have a confirmed reservation. We operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with no exception!

WHAT IS THE LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE?

The baggage allowance per 1-3 passenger standard taxi is 2 medium-large and 2 small suitcases(bags), per 3-4 passenger minivan is 4 medium-large and 2 small suitcases(bags), and per 4-8 passenger van or a larger type of vehicle the luggage allowance is one medium-large suitcase and one handbag per passenger.

WHAT KIND OF TRANSFER VEHICLES DO YOU OPERATE?

1-3 pax standard taxi, 3-4 pax minivan, 4-8 pax van, 8-12 pax minibus, 12-17 pax minibus, 17-30 pax bus, 30-50 pax coach

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY IN REGARDS TO INFANTS AND CHILDREN ON BOARD?

All infants (0-2yrs) and children (3-11yrs) must be booked on their own seat to ensure safety and compliance with the traffic regulations. We will provide up to 2 child and 2 booster seats free of charge upon request. Any additional seat is charged 5 EUR - single charge.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TRANSFER PRICE?

Our transfer rates are all-inclusive of driver and car hire, fuel and public liability insurance. We do however recommend that you obtain a valid personal insurance for the duration of your trip.

DO YOU APPLY ANY EXTRA CHARGES (AIRPORT TAX, LOCAL TAX, INSURANCE, ETC.) ASIDE FROM THE ONLINE RATE?

What you see is what you pay. We do not charge any additional money upon collection. Your total transfer rate stated in our booking form and in your reservation voucher is the total price due.
